Executive Summary

Larry retired after 24 years with DXC Technology in November 2022 where he enjoyed a unique leadership position as a Master Technology Consultant in the DXC Global Modern Workplace Delivery organization. His technical, networking, and communications skills enabled him to fulfill many (often simultaneous) critical leadership roles over the past 9 years connecting DXC Global Workplace Delivery Services, Global Sales, and Offering Management organizations in uniquely useful and enduring relationships. Larry is open to new leadership opportunities on a part-time basis wherein his deep experience and unique talents can tame complexity and accelerate transformational programs.

In the role of Chief Architect for the top DXC global Enterprise client transformation projects he enabled diverse stakeholders amongst the client organizations, strategic partners, and internal DXC groups. Together they formed high-performance delivery collaborations that were leading edge and exceeded expectations. For a large American Pharma account, he architected and designed the implementation of “Modern Management” for Device Management, as well as driving the necessary pivot to the WaaS lifecycle, something few have accomplished to date in DXC.

In the role of Delivery Chief Technologist, Larry provided thought leadership, uniquely successful collaboration and co-invention venues, global mentorship, and practical strategies for new business pursuits, delivery-led growth initiatives, and the creation of new DXC service offerings.  Engaging in a close collaboration with DXC Strategic Partners led to a mutual growth in revenue and efficiencies fueled by insights generated by Power BI, mind maps, and other creative visualization tools.

In the role of Enterprise Architect, he focused on partner technology services development, delivery readiness, and acceleration through the creation of emerging technology service wrappers, inter-organizational operating model transformations, and much more. Larry successfully executed global boot camps in Redmond with Microsoft, and in Ft. Lauderdale/Sydney/London with Citrix.

In the role of Global Leader for many years, he enjoys the respect and support of his global peers and leaders as a mentor, enabler, fearless inventor, confident decisionmaker, educator, sounding board, collaborator, friend and confidant. He is well known globally as a “Jack of all trades, Master of some” with a passion for not simply personal growth but more so for the growth of everyone on his teams.

Larry joined EDS in 2001 as a part of their ITO agreement with MCI/Worldcom and saw it become HP, then HPE, and then DXC, spending a few years with Cisco Advanced Services along the way. Larry has 41 years in the technology industry, beginning in Mainframe, winding through Mid-Range and Distributed Compute Systems Engineering, and now advising Global Enterprises on Digital Transformation in a Mobile and Cloudy World. Larry is truly a “been there done that” Enterprise Architect and Technical Advisor who can be dangerous in any corner of the sandbox.
